Philippine Military Academy-Baguio City

Baguio City has plenty of fascinating and stunning locations to visit, the chief among which is the Philippine Military Academy. It is located at the at Fort Del Pilar, Baguio City, about 20-30 minutes from the city proper. A place symbolizing glory and discipline. This academy trains and develops a cadet to be an officer of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP). Military ceremonies are important parts of the Academy's custom that serve the dual function of rendering honors and courtesies to deserving officials and dignitaries and training the cadets through parades, precision marching , poise and discipline.
From the gate, the road will take you uphill where you can see a monument of PMA's hero, Gen. Gregorio del Pilar. PMA compounds is also called " Fort Del Pilar" in memory of the young General who died in Tirad Pass.
Then the road will bring you the "Cadets Circle" where you would find "super-sized" cadet cap sword, sword casing and gloves.
Kailangang may jump shot talaga?
I strolled around; saw cadets walking in cadence and with poise and prime, flowering plants, the bird enchanted me; I ran and stepped from one place to another to capture it, and before I knew it, and to my delight, I was on top of a hill witnessing towering pine trees.
The area is now commemorative place where the class emblems and the names of the "departed" alumni are posted. (Image below)
Saan na ang mga kalaban?
Bumaba ka nga dyan at baka mahulog ka dyan...
One of the oldest and commonly knonw building in PMA. Classrooms can be found in this building. In the middle of the building are statues of An Officer and A Cadet.
Not anymore use for transportation . You can go near it for a picture taking.
The Tree House, This could have been the most visited part in Philippine Military Academy.
The Borromeo Field. This field has cultivated and developed the officers of our country for the past generations. This field is the witness to the hardships and pains that every single cadet went through during their stay in PMA. This fields is also their witness to their glory of graduating from PMA. Courage, Integrity, Loyalty.
