With so many chicken inasal places recently, you can hardly differentiate which is better. But did you know, there's this place in Quezon City that's owned by an actor Joel Torre. That it is called JT's Manukan Grill.
I especially love their chicken inasal served with garlic rice, toyo and chili. It served in a banana leaf; kayat damang dama ang sarap and my mouth almost water just with the sight of it.

The other secret is in the pre-cooking that is why the meat is tastier. The customers have to wait a little for their order but it's worth the wait. Aside from the chicken inasal they also served sinamak (aged palm vinegar dip) and kansi (Ilonggo Bulalo).
