From Pasay-Taft, take Nasugbo, Batangas bound bus, the terminal is located behind the Mc Donalds & Chowking Restaurants near the Taft (MRT) and EDSA (LRT-1) station . A 3 hour ride going to Evercrest Golf from there you can start trek to the jump-off point. At Evercrest, several kids will offer their services as guides, they normally charge 300 pesos.

ITINERARIES
Old to New Trail (Day Hike)
0630 Bus Terminal in EDSA-Taft via Bus Lines to Nasugbo Batangas
0900 Arrival at Evercrest
0930 Start trek
1030 Arrival at Fork, take the left , downward trail that enters some woodland and small streams
1100 Arrival at Camp 1, Register
1130 Arrival at Camp 8, final assault
1145 Arrival at Summit
1215 Start descend via New Trail, which is opposite the Old Trail at the summit
0100 Arrival at New Trail campsite. Register again
0230 Back at Evercrest, clean-up
0300 for Tagaytay by Jeep or ride a bus directly to Manila
